In order to show how projects have helped people in the community, case studies are created. This gives a clear picture of funding for projects which do not give a direct financial benefit, but help people in many different ways.
Why have case studies?
When funding has been allocated to a project, people have an interest on how this money has helped the general public. In order for this to happen, the Safer Derbyshire team need to get out and about, speaking to the general public who have experienced a direct benefit from a particular project.
These case studies cover a lot of aspects in Community Safety, from the Reach Project to domestic abuse advisors to people who have received a burglar alarm funded through our projects.
