Bolsover CSP - Anti-Social Behaviour

Bolsover Community Safety Partnership have established a set of standards that show our commitment to Bolsover residents and let you know what you can expect from our anti-social behaviour services. The standards are available below for you to read.

To help aid in the effective co-ordination of tackling anti-social behaviour, we have a dedicated Anti-Social Behaviour Officer and Investigating Officer. These officers form part of an Anti-Social Behaviour Team which comprises of:

  • Anti-Social Behaviour Officer
  • Anti-Social Behaviour Investigating Officer
  • Community Services Manager
  • Senior Housing Officer
  • Legal Assistant
  • Police Anti-Social Behaviour Officer
  • Community Rangers Manager
  • Community Action Network Rangers Representative
  • Community Safety Partnership Representative
  • Community Services Administrative Support Officer

This team is responsible for tackling all types of anti-social behaviour in the district ranging from receiving a report of anti-social behaviour to the investigation and the issuing of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO).

We deal with the most serious cases of anti-social behaviour in the district. However, if you are experiencing anti-social behaviour and this is being caused by someone in your neighbourhood your first point of contact should be your local district office to inform them of the problem. An officer will take details of the situation and pass the information onto the most relevant officer for support. Anyone experiencing harassment or victimisation will be given help and support through advice over the phone or in person.

You can also complete one of our diary sheets and hand it in at your nearest district office.

Do not feel that you are suffering alone, we are here to help. Please contact your local district office in the first instance who will be able to investigate the problems you are experiencing.
