Anti-Social Behaviour Policies and Procedures
Anti-Social Behaviour Policy
The Derbyshire Partnership Forum (DPF) comprises a number of public, private, voluntary and community sector organisations who work closely together to improve the quality of life of the people of Derbyshire.
The Partnership was established in 2000 because partners in the county believed that working together in a joined up way on a wide range of issues was the best way of improving services and meeting local people’s needs.
In June 2005, the Derbyshire Partnership Forum (DPF) developed an Anti-Social Behaviour Protocol, which sets out the guiding principals that all partners should follow when seeking to tackle anti-social behaviour.
To support the delivery of the DPF Anti-Social Behaviour Protocol, Derbyshire County Council has its own policy document to set out the principals that county council departments should follow in addressing anti-social behaviour.
Both policy documents are available for download below.
