Staying Safe

Use this section for advice to help keep you, your household and your possessions safe and secure whether you are at home, out in the evening, surfing the internet or on the move. 

There is advice for all the family including the monthly "Holly's Home Safety tips" column. There is also information for people suffering hate crime or domestic abuse including a Domestic Abuse Resource Directory. We have a section offering tips for students and there is information on Neighbourhood Watch in Derbyshire including how to set up your own Neighbourhood Watch scheme. 

There is a page of guidance for partners on Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults in Derbyshire.
