Derbyshire Neighbourhood Watch Seminar
The annual Derbyshire Neighbourhood Watch Seminar takes place at Force Headquarters Butterley Hall on Thursday 16 October commencing at 7pm. A free buffet will
be served from 6.15pm.
Admission is by ticket only. You can call the ticket hotline on 01773 572813 to reserve your places. This is a popular event and tickets will be issued on a first come first served basis
It will be opened and chaired by the Deputy Chief Constable Mr Alan Goodwin who will take questions at the end of the seminar.

Chief Supt. Lynn Harris - Divisional Commander - Operations Division
Steve Holme - Drugs Market Mapping Project - Drugs in rental properties

We are pleased to announce the Derbyshire Neighbourhood Watch Award winners for 2007:
Scheme of the Year - Jill and David Lamb, Dale Community Champions Scheme, Derby
Young Persons Award - The John Flamsteed School in Denby for their school watch scheme
Long Service Award - Mrs Gloria Smith - for services to Neighbourhood Watch in Holbrook
The Anthony Northover Special Achievement Award - The Heage Teen Zone headed by three women from the Heage Neighbourhood Watch Scheme: Sharon Owers, Karen Huggins and Susan Clusky
The overall category winners for the best entry overall receiving the Derbyshire Building Society Silver Salver goes to the Heage Teen Zone.
The award winners were invited to a buffet reception at Force Headquarters. The presentation of the awards took place at the annual County Neighbourhood Watch Seminar on the 11th October 2007.
