What is being done to tackle Anti-Social Behaviour in Derbyshire?

Different agencies across Derbyshire work together to tackle anti-social behaviour in different ways.

They may put in place a variety of steps or legal sanctions to prevent the unwanted activities. Often these measures work best together, for example putting on positive activities for young people at the same time as a Dispersal Order.

Enforcement alone is unlikely to provide long term solutions.

The type of action each agency can take will depend on the nature of the complaint, the level of seriousness and the amount of evidence available.
