Anti-social behaviour: tools and powers eLearning

This course provides a brief overview of how anti-social behaviour (ASB) is tackled in Derbyshire. You'll learn more about what ASB is, the agencies involved and the tools and powers they use.

It is aimed at Derbyshire County Council employees, elected members and Derbyshire schools staff and is accessed via Derbyshire Learning Online (Learning Pool). 

Accessing this eLearning course

If you already have a Derbyshire Learning Online account you can access this eLearning course.

For example, Derbyshire County Council employees, elected members and Derbyshire SAP school staff with SAP payroll numbers can access this eLearning course as they already have accounts set up within Derbyshire Learning Online. 

If you do not have a Derbyshire Learning Online account you will need to request one:

  • Derbyshire County Council and Derbyshire SAP school employees without SAP payroll numbers should email: dlo@derbyshire.gov.uk to request access.
  • Access to community safety eLearning courses by non-Derbyshire County Council staff, partnership agencies or academy schools in Derbyshire will be considered on a case by case basis. To enquire, please email: dlo@derbyshire.gov.uk

  • putting victims first
  • summary and contact information

How to login to the eLearning course

  1. login to Derbyshire Learning Online with your username or email address and your saved password.
  2. when you have logged in, use the course search function to search for anti-social behaviour: tools and powers eLearning
  3. click on the blue course title hyperlink to take you to the course page
  4. click ‘view’ and check the summary and aims and objectives are right for you
  5. scroll down the page to the eLearning module and click the hyperlink to enter the module
  6. ensure you fully complete all sections of the module – if you don’t, this will show as 0%
  7. close the module and return to the course page
  8. if you have successfully completed the module, the system will update your course completion to 100% and will mark the module as complete.
  9. scroll down the page and complete your feedback
  10. you can then access your certificate and any post training information.

Troubleshooting

Logging in

If you have forgotten your password, use the ‘lost password?’ option on the login-in page to reset it. If you have any further difficulties logging in please email: dlo@derbyshire.gov.uk

Remember, if your organisation does not have access to Derbyshire Learning Online, you will not be able to login.

If you can't access your certificate 

If you think you have completed all elements of the course, but have not been able to access your certificate, please check the orange progress bars are complete on each page of the module. If not, click onto the bar to see which activity you have missed.
